Charged Printing Service

The Zengaku Computer System allows users to print at their own expense from a multi-function printer (copier).
(Users can also print a certain number of pages per academic year for free using the printers in the Zengaku Computer System.)

The Zengaku Computer System uses FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corporation’s “Cloud On-Demand Print” as its printing system. Self-pay printing is available at the copier located inside the MARUZEN Campus Shop in Building 3A of Area 3.

To pay for printing, please insert cash into the payment machine located near the copier. Then, when you instruct the copier to print, it will start printing.

Basic printing procedures are as follows:
First submit a target file to the printing system through a computer or a remote desktop belonging to the Zengaku Computer System. Then, go to a copier of the charged printing service and print the file.
More specific printing procedures are as follows:

  1. Printing a file
    Open the file you want to upload and choose “Print” from the menu.
  2. Selecting a driver
    In “Printer”, select “Zengaku_Printer(Charged)” and click on “Print”.
  3. Setting up a passcode
    Set up a passcode (a 4-digit number). Then click on “Upload”.
    *Note down the passcode.
  4. Receiving an upload completion message
    A message saying completion of file upload will appear. By clicking “Send a message by email”, you can send the reference number to an email address.
    *Note down the reference number.
  5. Then print the file at a copier of the charged printing service within 24 hours.

Please do not enable “netprint 自動転送” (check “する（N）”) in the following figure because the netprint automatic transfer function is not available.

The printing charges on the printer at MARUZEN campus shop are as follows:

  • A4 or A3 Black & White -10 yen per page
  • A4 Color – 50 yen per page
  • A3 Color – 100 yen per page

Examples:
・I chose “black and white” and printed two pages.
→　20 yen (regardless of whether you have chosen one-side or both side printing)
・I chose the color as “自動 (auto)” and printed 2 pages. One page is printed in color, the other in black and white.
→　60 yen
