For Master and PhD students
Ito lab is looking for highly motivated PhD/master students who are interested in a frontier research. Ito lab accepts the offer from students with your own expense. Ito lab encourages them to take a scholarship such as CSC or MEXT although our university provides some research assistant salary. Moreover, Ito lab is looking for an excellent Chinese student who is interested in metal-air battery (Li, Zn, K etc).
For exchange students
Ito lab welcomes exchange students for max. 1 year with and witout a scholarship. When your home university has a pertner relationship with Univresity of Tsukuba about the exchange programs, you will get free-tuition fee. Please visit the website and the "List of Overseas Partner Universities". Moreover, please consider to obtain a scholarship such as offical pertnership exchange programs between your home university and Univesrity of Tsukuba or CSC.

For postdoctoral researchers
We will support their submissions to JSPS scholarship etc when applicants are interested in joining our group. Moreover, we sometimes have an open PD position. Please check the news on the top page for open PD position availability. It will be linked to a recruitment website “JREC-IN Portal”.
