Login credentials for the Zengaku Computer System

Users eligible to use the Zengaku Computer System are as follows.

Applying for the Zengaku Computer System Account

  • Lecturers (Non-Full-time), Cooperative Graduate School System Professors or Associate Professors, Researchers (Non-Full-time)
    • Please download the ACCC System Account Application Form from the link below and apply by filling out the necessary information and attaching a copy of your university ID card.

    • You will receive the Unified Authentication ID, the Zengaku Computer System ID and a password. Further, these IDs and password are also used for connecting to Internet access points.

  • New Professors Emeriti (Please apply by the end of June, after Professor Emeritus Awards Ceremony for each year. Otherwise please use the application form for “Current Professors Emeriti” below.)
    • If you want to continue to use @u account after retirement, please apply for continued use of the Zengaku Computer System by the end of June, after Professor Emeritus Awards Ceremony.
      Please download the application form labeled as 「名誉教授用 (For Professors Emeriti)」 from the link below, fill out the necessary information, attach a copy of your identification (such as driver’s license), and send it to the Academic Computing and Communications Center by one of the following ways.

      1. By Hand at the ACCC Office
      2. By Mail
      3. By FAX
      4. By E-mail (attach the files with password protection)
        If you send it by E-mail, then:

        • Please send from your @u account.
        • Do not include the password of the attached files in the mail text. Please send it by another E-mail, or tell us by phone.
